We use our website Contact form to collect your name, email address and message.
What information we hold
Where we store your information
If you sign up for a newsletter, we store your name and email address in Infusionsoft, which is the marketing platform we prefer. (Infusionsoft servers are based in Arizona, USA – Privacy Policy & Terms https://www.infusionsoft.com/legal/data-protection-faq)
Any email submitted contact form information will be held in our inbox.
What we use your information for
If you have signed up to our mailing list we will occasionally use your contact information to send you details of our news, offers, and services. When we do, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications and we won’t send them to you again.
If you have submitted our website contact form we may email you with information / a response as applicable.
How long we keep your information
If you sign up to our mailing list we will keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed.

Who has access to information about you
When we store information in our systems, only the people who need it have access. Our management team have access to everything you’ve provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job.
When we store information on our email application (Infusionsoft) and only sanctioned members of our team with secure unique logins have access.
The steps we take to keep your information private
Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it. Systems are accessed by unique personal passwords. Infusionsoft automatically forces renewal every 90 days.
The computers we use are protected by a passcode access. These computers ask for authentication whenever they’re started or after 7 minutes of inactivity.
